Utility Billing - How can I pay my utility bill?

The City of Fort Myers has 4 payment options for your convenience.

  • 1. In person.  You may pay your utility bill in person at the Utility Billing Payment Center located 2925 Dr Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Fort Myers 33916.
  • 2. Online. You may pay your utility bill on line by visiting www.cityftmyers.com/billpay to access your account.
  • 3. By Phone.  You may pay your utility bill by phone using your debit or credit card by calling 1-(877)-333-0866 and following the prompts.  Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover are accepted.  
  • 4. By mail.  You may send your payment by mail to: Post Office Box 30185 Tampa, FL 33630-3185.  Please allow an additional 5-7 days for mailing and processing.
