Do I have to submit a separate application for each position I am interested in?
Yes, you must submit a separate application for each position you are interested in. Once you have created an application, it is saved in the online system, which allows for an easier application process in the future.

Where do I send a copy of my DD-214 or other documentation for Veterans’ Preference?
Scan and email the appropriate documentation to:

Why did I not get an interview? I met the minimum qualifications and have experience.
With the large volume of applications making a hiring decision is not easy. The hiring manager for each city department is responsible for making their own hiring decisions. The department reviews all the applications they receive, and then contact the applicants whom they want to interview.
