Michele Hylton-Terry participated as a panelist for Progressive Women's Day 2020 on September 26, an inspirational virtual hour with progressive women in the Southwest Florida community. She discussed resilience in the workplace and how she maintains positivity and professionalism.

- Chantel Rhodes, a community organizer, educator, social worker and activist, on how she maintains her "fire" and focus for racial justice.
