Ward 5 has a median age of 37.7 and the highest diversity index in the city. The population has been growing with 10,208 total population in 2000 and in 2020 12,221 total population. As a younger population we are seeing a higher median household income at $45,314.00. There is great potential to improve the educational attainment and workforce.
