The City of Fort Myers has exceeded benchmark locations in population and employment growth.  An area we can improve is resident educational attainment.  It benefits the person and worker wages should increase as well.  Long-term performance improvement is necessary to continue to provide a quality life for the public living in Fort Myers.  It's good for business and area residents.
