The Financial Services department prepares various financial reports including those related to bond compliance and audited financial statements. State statutes require that a complete set of financial statements, presented in conformance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (GAAP), be audited by licensed, independent certified public accountants in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States and Government Auditing Standards within nine months after the end of the fiscal year. The Bondholders Report is designed to provide useful information to current security holders and potential purchasers of securities in the secondary market, dealers, security analysts, rating agencies, Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) and other interested parties. The information on this website and EMMA is for informational purposes only and does not include all information which may be of interest to a potential investor, nor does it purport to present full and fair disclosure within the meaning of the applicable securities laws.
