Continuing Services During Coronavirus Pandemic
The Community Development Department - Administration, Real Estate, GIS, Building, Permits, Inspections, Code Enforcement, Planning, Business Tax (BTR) and Housing - all located at 1825 Hendry Street (first floor) - continue to operate, with staff and customers observing social distancing, utilizing physical barriers, and mask wearing strongly encouraged within the building.
The city encourages members of the public and clients to use online resources and phone assistance where possible.
The lobby for the Community Development Department is open to the public from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
All paper documents/plans will be quarantined for 24 hours prior to staff handling the documents/plans.

Online payments are accepted, or customers can pay by check or credit card at the cashier’s window, located in the lobby of 1825 Hendry Street (First Floor).
Cash payments are accepted, but other payment methods are encouraged.
