Our lifeguard training course is for those interested in becoming a certified American Red Cross Lifeguard. The course includes Lifeguard Training, First Aid and C.P.R. training.

You will Learn:
- Surveillance skills to hlep you recognize and prevent injuries
- Rescue skills both land based and in the water
- First aid Training and professional Rescuer CPR for preparation to any emergency situation
- Professional Lifeguard Repsonsibilities like interacting with the public and addressing patrons properly.
In additon we may also offer Blood borne Pathogens, Oxygen Administration, and AED training.
