Located at Mile Marker 135 on the Okeechobee Waterway, 15 miles inland from the Gulf of Mexico, Fort Myers Yacht Basin is a well designed and protected marina. It is owned and operated by the City of Fort Myers. There is 10 feet of water in the ICW and an average of 6 feet of water at the docks. The docks are in good condition and the staff is competent, professional, friendly and helpful.

The marina is located in historic downtown Fort Myers. Many restaurants and historical sites are nearby and worthy of a visit. Many festivals and other family oriented activities frequently are held at Centennial Park located next to the Marina. The marina has the distinction of being the friendliest on the waterway. You will find its prices for both fuel and dockage to be very competitive.

The Marina's water location is on the south side of the Caloosahatchee River between the Edison Bridges and the Caloosahatchee Bridge in downtown Fort Myers. There is little or no current in and around the marina.

Daily- $1.60 per foot per day
Monthly- $12.50 per foot per month paid in advance

November 1st - April 30th
Daily- $1.90 per foot per day
Monthly- $13.50 per foot per month paid in advance

Annual- $9.00 per foot per month **

Mooring Rates

Daily - $10.00 per vessel per day
Monthly - $200.00 per vessel per month paid in advance
Annual - $170 per vessel per month **

Live Aboard Fees:

$70.00 per vessel per month at marina
$50.00 per vessel per month at mooring

Security Deposit:

** Annual contracts require security deposit equal to one month dockage in advance
** Security deposit refunded upon payment of final bill

Automobile parking:

$38.00 per month or $4.00 per day.

Electricity:

Daily- $3.00 for 30 amp, $6.00 for 50 amp, $15.00 for 100 amp services
Monthly and Annual- usage is metered at FP&L rates

Commercial Dockage:

Daily- $2.00 per foot per day
Monthly- $16.00 per foot per month in advance plus $.50 per passenger per trip
Annual- $9.00 per foot per month plus $.50 per passenger per trip
Passenger fees applies to vessels carrying more than six passengers
Commercial agreements for vessels over 100' determined by The City of Fort Myers
Annual contracts require security deposit equal to two months dockage in advance
