Constructed in 1990 and located at 3280 Marion Street, this facility is bordered by mature oak trees. The ballroom exhibits beautiful, modern open beam ceilings and can accommodate 220 guests seated at tables and over 300-auditorium style. A full catering kitchen is available. The Center has an adjacent park, with playground and athletic fields. Shady Oaks Community Center is also home to the Oaks Boys & Girls Club of Lee County.
