The City of Fort Myers Recreation Division operates the Fort Myers Aquatic Center, a state-of-the-art facility that has all the amenities to meet the needs of all interested swimmers.
The “Little Dipper” children's water playground is perfect for a lazy day of relaxing and cooling-off. And for the most-demanding competitive athlete who strives to take it to the next level, the Junior Olympic lap pool will meet your needs.

LEARN-TO-SWIM CLASSES
As an American Red Cross authorized provider of water safety instruction, the Fort Myers Aquatic Center offers numerous classes for anybody, age 4 and older, wishing to experience the benefits of learning to swim. Likewise, certified instructors are also available if you wish to improve your existing swimming techniques. PRIVATE POOL PARTIES
The Fort Myers Aquatic Center provides the setting, you provide the partygoers! Up to 30 people can experience 2½ hours of exclusive rental use of the facility and the “Little Dipper ”children's water playground. Cool off and then enjoy the shaded picnic area. Concessions are available as well as complimentary use of the refrigerator/freezer for your perishable party platters.
