The City of Fort Myers hired Glatting Jackson to develop a Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan that would define a system of sidewalks, bike lanes, paths, greenways and trails with the city. This system is intended to be multi-purpose and provide an interconnected network for non-motorized transportation, wildlife and recreation in a manner that is sensitive to the needs of various user groups, the natural and built environment, and constraints of management, maintenance and funding capacities.
