Odd numbered addresses (1, 3, 5, 7, 9) - Wednesday and Saturday
Even numbered addresses (0, 2, 4, 6, 8) or no address - Thursday and Sunday

Approved Watering Times:
Midnight to 10:00 A.M. OR
4:00 P.M. to Midnight

No Watering is allowed:
Any day between 10:00 A.M. TO 4:00 P.M. and
never on Monday, Tuesday and Friday
