The Fort Myers Redevelopment Agency (FMRA) has assembled a team of citizens, stakeholders along the Cleveland corridor and seasoned city and county staff members to assist the EDAW, Inc. team on the Cleveland Avenue Redevelopment Plan project. The Cleveland Avenue steering committee provides community input and guidance.

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), which is composed of the City Council members, is the contracting authority for the planning effort, and the FMRA is providing day-to-day coordination. Councilman Michael Flanders is the chairman of the CRA.
