- Pay Fees: This service allows customers to pay fixed rate Business Tax Receipts, Permit Fees and Code Enforcement fees online. Business Tax Receipts (formerly Occupational License) must be fixed fees that are not expired. Permit fees must be in the READY TO ISSUE, INSPECTION OR CO status. Code Enforcement fees must be in any of the open statuses unless already paid.
