Dover Kohl and Partners was hired by City Council on September 24, 2007 to complete an East Fort Myers Development and Revitalization Plan. The team traveled to Fort Myers for a week of charette workshops, open design studio, and public meetings. Dover Kohl and Partners presented a Work-in-Progress Draft Plan to City Council and the public on June 12, 2008 from 6:00-8:00pm in the City of Fort Myers City Hall- Council Chambers. The firm will return to Fort Myers in December to present the final plan. In the meantime, the firm would like for you to review the draft plans presented on June 12, 2008.
