A.) from four-year college or university with a degree in civil engineering or related field.
Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida. Ten years’ experience including 5 years government experience in public works, planning, design and contract administration or related work; or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
