Ways to Register for a class or event

There are five ways to register for a Parks, Recreation, and Tourism class:

Online with ActiveNet NEW!
We have partnered with the Active Network, Inc. to provide class and event registration. There is a processing fee, payable to ActiveNet, when you register online. More information will be coming soon...

 

By Telephone

Call (239) 321-7530 between the hours of Monday - Friday, 8am -4:30pm in order to register with a credit card by phone. Please have your class information ready and please create an online account prior to calling if possible to speed your registration process and to ensure correct information.

 

In Person
Walk-in registrations are currently accepted at the following Recreation locations:

Recreation Administrative Offices
3300 Marion Street (No cash is accepted)

Fort Myers Skatium
2250 Broadway

Fort Myers Skate Park
2277 Grand Avenue

Fort Myers Aquatic Center
1750 Matthew Drive

Fort Myers Racquet Club
1700 Matthew Drive

You may make payment with a check, money order or credit card (MasterCard, Visa only)

 

By Fax

Fax the registration form in the program brochure to 239-344-5950 with your credit card information included. If you do not have a registration form, you may download one by logging onto www.cityftmyers.com and clicking on the program tabloid link. Please create your account online at www.cityftmyers.com/active if possible before faxing to speed your registration process and ensure correct information.

 

By Mail

Registration by mail is accepted, but please be aware that registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis and the mail process is the slowest form of registration. Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa only) by money order (please include name of participant on money order) or check (please have social security or driver's license number written on check)

Inclement Weather Policy

If Lee County Public Schools are closed, then Instructional Classes are canceled for that day. If it is announced that the City of Fort Myers City Hall/Offices are closed, then ALL Recreation programs are canceled for that day. For more information, call the hosting facility.
