The Southwest Florida Enterprise Center Foundation Commercial Kitchen project will not only process foods from our Urban & Community Gardens programs, but will also help local, small businesses in the culinary and catering industries as well. The Commercial Kitchen will also have an education component that will teach the underprivileged and others in the community the culinary arts. Our hope is to increase the availability of qualified chefs and culinary professionals in our community to help provide higher wage earners and improve the local economy.
